By downloading or using the QR Scanner app (App Store ID: 6780249188), developed by TostoApps, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part, please do not use the app.
✅Permitted Use
You may use QR Scanner solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Generate QR codes that link to malicious content, phishing sites, or spam.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app.
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, or resell any part of the app without written permission.
📢Advertising
QR Scanner is free and supported by ads via Google AdMob. Ads appear within the app and may include banner, interstitial, rewarded, and native ad formats. Some premium features (e.g. QR customization) may require watching a rewarded ad. You may encounter ads from third-party advertisers; we are not responsible for their content.
🔐Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, code, and branding within QR Scanner are the exclusive property of TostoApps. You are not granted any license to use our intellectual property except as necessary to use the app as described herein.
⚠️Disclaimer of Warranties
QR Scanner is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that QR codes generated will function correctly with all third-party readers. Use the app at your own risk.
⛔Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TostoApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of QR Scanner, including but not limited to data loss, damages from scanning malicious QR codes found in the real world, or loss of business.
📱App Store Terms
Your use of QR Scanner is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail. Apple is not a party to these Terms and has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the app.
🔄Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
⚖️Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable territory.
